Who We Are
General
Independence Group Holdings & Associates, Inc., and its affiliated and collaborative companies, was established in 2004 by seasoned senior executives, specializing in corporate turnarounds, technology development, restructuring and repositioning, worldwide business development, and complex international contractual management.
Our founders have held positions as President and CEO, Director, and executive-level management in marketing, sales, product development, and engineering. Our proven global experience with commercial, military, and homeland security programs help our client companies resolve sophisticated issues.
Knowledge Base
Many of the principals, affiliates, and collaborators have in-depth operational awareness since they consulted numerous DOD agencies on aircraft, shipboard, and ground-based programs. We also maintain contact with senior federal government officials at all levels and regularly meet with congressional leaders on defense-related matters for our clients. We enjoy relationships with various Program Executive Offices and at the Special Operations Command's executive level. We have the ability to address solutions with top-level management in DOD and major prime contractors.
International
We provide representation worldwide and act as a conduit for many technologies and product suppliers. We have been instrumental in aligning ourselves with a group of international agents who have high-level contacts in South and Central America, Africa and West Africa, South Asia, Asia, and the Balkan Countries, to name a few. These agents are well connected in their respective countries and have the required skills to represent products through their relationships. Independence Group Holdings and Associates also have access to Military and Commercial Attachés in the Embassies located in Washington DC.
